　　Job Description:

 

　　MAJORDUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

 

　　Reporting and Compliance:

 

　　1)Manage dayto day accounting transaction process including payments,capital assets,accruals and accounting journals.

 

　　2)Oversee thefinancial safety and safeguard company assets with focus on overdue accountsreceivables.

 

　　3)Identifynon-compliance issues of all accounting treatment and tack status.

 

　　4)Monitor andimprove month-end closing process for the accounting team.

 

　　5)Responsiblefor ensuring adequate completion and detailed review of account reconciliationson a month end.

 

　　Analysis and Internal Control:

 

　　1)Manageprocesses for financial reports and Perform monthly finance analysis againstBudget and Prior Year as well as ad-hoc reporting analysis per Managementrequest.

 

　　2)TrackActual vs.Budget spend on a monthly basis to identify room for growth throughliaising with each cost center owner and provide constructive insights onbusiness performance.

 

　　3)Strengthenthe control environment by identifying weaknesses and offering remediationthrough teamwork with the business partners,which involves ongoing testing,documentation assessment and implementing improvement of accounting processesand risk management across each China entity;

 

　　Individual Projects:

 

　　1)Act as thelead contact and coordination of the External annual audits,Tax Audit,TaxInspection,etc.

 

　　2)Proactiveinteraction with Internal Audit team to assess,agree and implement value addedInternal Control recommendations,and tracking of relevant GAP analysis toachieve completion of all pending actions.

 

　　3)Significantinvolvement in the annual Budget process and be responsible for budget reviewand follow-up on the budget results.

 

　　4)Other adhoc projects assigned by finance team leaders.

 

　　Education/Certificate：

 

　　BA/BS degree or above in Finance related subject preferablewith CPA/CMA/ACCA;

 

　　Working Experience：

 

　　> At least 5 years experience in Finance function

 

　　> Over two years’relevant experience in execution of financialprocesses such as management reporting,budgeting,costing.

 

　　Culture/Language：

 

　　Good bi-lingual communication skills,both verbal and written.

 

　　Other Requirements：

 

　　> Mastery in MS Office System;ERP knowledge will be a plus(such as SAP,Oracle,AX etc);

 

　　> Highly analytical,detail oriented and result focus;

 

　　> Strong sense of responsibility,good problem solving andhands on attitude;

 

　　> Good interpersonal skill and a team player;

 

　　> The ability to work independently with minimum supervision,a self-starter

 

　　> ACCA preferred
